The tender focused on an architecture design with respect to the renovation of a former sports facility supplemented by new sports premises. After the renovation, the facility should function on a commercial basis, and satisfy the sporting and recreational needs of as many clients as possible. The purpose of the survey should be a solution of the completion and renovation of the premises, including the creation of a fitness centre; the whole facility should become a part of Golem Club chain.
