The plot under consideration, which is the subject-matter of the zoning plan of the northeast core city area, is situated in Bratislava – Staré Mesto cadastral district. The objective of the preparation of the zoning plan of the northeast core city area is to obtain the most suitable spatial arrangement of all components and functions within the given area as a spatially integrated complex, with a view to the fact that this area takes up not only the surface of the plot under consideration but also that of its surroundings.
