The residential zone is designed as a traditional town consisting of town blocks, where a street is defined as a social and traffic area, a square as a public and social area, and an inner block as a semi-public area for daily use. The body of water supplements and links to the recreational sector of Horné diely zone. The section along the town street consists of buildings with 10 – 12 storeys; the remaining part consists of buildings with 6 – 8 storeys. The marginal areas will consist of urban villas with up to four storeys.
