The project is located in a rear part of Dúbravka district, west of Saratovská Street. The multi-purpose development is planned as a linear complex consisting of individual objects along Agátová Street. The plot is crossed by Agátová Street which divides the area into two individually functioning units. This street serves as the main traffic junction with Sector A – mixed-use premises for commerce and services – which is located next to the railway, as well as with Sector B – community amenities and housing – which is situated in contact with the forest. The whole complex gradates from the street toward the forest in terms of height and space, from three storeys, two + one storeys through to two storeys.
