The building planned is situated in Líščie údolie in Karlova Ves district. The irregular layout is based on the given parameters of the plot. The height of the building is in harmony with the surrounding buildings. It is intended to create non-residential premises on the ground floor and nine apartments on the upper floors. The parking area is designed in the basement and in the open space. The building facade is segmented horizontally by a line of recessed loggias. The building is topped off with a pitched roof.
