The complex consisting of ten houses is situated in the centre of Svätý Jur. In terms of their substance and segmentation, the houses follow the historical terraced development located nearby. Despite a relatively small size of the plots – approximately 300 square metres – the atriums provide privacy even in the exterior. The houses consist of a basement and two storeys.
