The complex consisting of ten houses is situated in the centre of Svätý Jur. In terms of their substance and segmentation, the houses follow the historical terraced development located nearby. Despite a relatively small size of the plots – approximately 300 square metres – the atriums provide privacy even in the exterior. The houses consist of a basement and two storeys. The ground floor features the daytime part of the house, including the living room and the kitchen area with the dining room. Furthermore, a double garage is also located on the ground floor. The upper floor includes the private sections – the master bedroom, two bedrooms, a study, and a bathroom. A game room and the utility installations are located in the basement.
