The object is situated in Bratislava’s central urban zone – Staré Mesto, on the boundary of Godrova and Porubského streets. The heritage-protected building was built in 1914. It represents a type of villa-style architecture, both in terms of its substance and the details, having its roots in the style of the castles in England and France dating back to the Romantic period, with renaissance-style morphological elements on the front side.Due to its strategic location, the building was used for special purposes until the late 1990’s. A separate digital switchboard unit was created in the basement, including the necessary equipment. The design proposes three separate residential units on the upper floors.
