The documentation provided focuses on the construction of a multi-purpose complex set in an attractive urban area on Svätoplukova Street in the so-called ‘500 flats’ housing development. The idea was to develop a multi-purpose building with commercial, administrative, and residential premises. It is intended to create 70 apartments and administrative premises with an underground garage and amenities on the ground floor. The administrative premises are situated on the side of Svätoplukova Street, and are accessible via staircase A. There are individual offices with comprehensive equipment on the 2nd – 6th floor.
