The building situated on the side of Ľadová Street has four storeys with eight residential units and rental units for administration, commerce, and services. The building situated on the side of Šancová Street has seven storeys. The premises for commerce and administration are distributed on a surface of 837 square metres; the surface of the temporary residential units represents 2,292 square metres and that of the apartments 1,334 square metres.
