The planned building is situated in Staré Mesto district. The sloping landscape is triangle-shaped; from the north and the east, it is delineated by streets; from the south and the west by plots with existing houses. The slope is oriented to the southeast. The plot surface totals 861 square metres. The proposed family house is planned as an isolated building forming part of the local individual residential development which is characteristic for the given area. The documentation focuses on three isolated residential units within the house, including the equipment.
