The premises of Golem fitness are situated in Central shopping centre. The sports and recreational centre which is a part of Golem Health Club chainaccommodates approximately 120 – 150 clients. Golem fitness consists of three individual facilities: the fitness room, the swimming pool area featuring a 25 metre long swimming pool, and the wellness area. These facilities are accessible via a single entrance with a reception desk. The swimming pool area provides access to the patios and the separate wellness facility. The wellness area features three saunas – a steam sauna, a Finnish sauna, and an infrared sauna with a relaxation room.
