The tender design represents a new approach to the original tender of 2008. The terrain declines in the south-west direction with a difference in altitude of approximately 10 – 12 metres. It is divided into two sections by a transverse street; the lower section comprises eight detached houses RD01 with an L-shaped ground plan. The upper section comprises nine detached houses RD02 and six terraced houses RD03. Four detached houses RD02 are situated on the other side of Lomnická Street. The structural street line of the houses is situated 6 – 7 metres away from the road, making it possible to park a vehicle on the plot in front of a given house.
