Hierarchically, the spatial design is distributed in three sections: the PUBLIC AREA with shops and cafés is situated along the main road Búdková cesta – buildings P, Q, the surroundings of the residential buildings M – O in connection with Gaštanová záhrada housing, the main pedestrian ways leading through the residential zone, and the park; the SEMI-PRIVATE AREA – inner blocks with sidewalks open to traffic and playgrounds pertaining to the residential buildings A – L intended for daily use by the inhabitants of the residential complex. The premises will enable barrier-free movement within the area, and will be equipped with staircase ramps emphasised by disruptions in the terrain.
