The composition is determined by the upland nature of the existing Hájik housing development and the geomorphology of the valley within the given area – Hradisko. The unification into one complex is achieved by the connection of the „upper“ and the „lower“ area along the east-west axis, the community amenities, including shops and services, being located directly in the altitude breaking point. From that point on, the location is gradually declining – through the harmonisation of heights by means of a passage leading through the premises with the individual establishments, including an observation restaurant placed at the front. The upper area is dominated by a newly erected church; the lower by a body of water created in the lowest point under the spring in the valley.
